About the Program

This four-semester Master's programme at Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) brings together microelectronics and microsystem technology, reflecting the growing convergence of miniaturised electronic devices with electromechanical, electrooptical, analytical, and biomedical systems. The programme combines technical depth with non-technical compulsory elective courses in business, management, soft skills, and humanities, in line with TUHH's international master's degree structure. The standard duration is two years. In the first year, students attend lectures, exercises, and laboratory work.
