Master in Modul 4 - Konfliktlösung

Students in the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Insurance Law programme at the Institute for Insurance Studies (Faculty of Business and Law) engage with concrete scenarios and projects to deepen their understanding of insurance law problems. The focus is on practical skills in mediation, Ombudsman procedures, and arbitration, complementing the theoretical modules of the programme. These skills are aimed at helping students to quickly and cost-effectively resolve insurance-related disputes.
