FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg

Master in MSc Management

Erlangen, Germany 2 years Taught in German Open to international students

About the Program

The MSc Management at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg connects management theory with practical application across a standard period of four semesters, starting in the winter semester. The curriculum is built around seven core courses covering management foundations, finance and controlling, and case studies with team skills, complemented by eleven elective courses that allow students to focus on areas such as strategic management and international business, value creation and digital transformation, entrepreneurship and innovation, health care management, marketing, supply chain management, or sustainable and responsible management. Students who complete at least four modules from a single content area earn a named specialisation on their degree certificate; those who prefer a broad approach may distribute their elective credits freely across areas. The programme develops both theoretical grounding and applied competence through case studies and projects, equipping graduates with the holistic perspective expected in management roles. A double degree option is available, and students may also undertake a study abroad period during their studies. The programme is offered at FAU's campus in Nürnberg, Germany.
