Each week you will spend time in the campus studio, virtual learning environment and a practice placement. The programme includes a minimum of 1,000 assessed placement hours across mental health, forensic, school and community settings. Lectures and seminars cover applied health sciences, occupational therapy processes and professional skills. Learning is blended, with face-to-face sessions and online resources, and the timetable is condensed into two academic years (45 weeks per year).

Graduates become registered Occupational Therapists, able to work with children, adults or older people in NHS hospitals, community health teams, schools, charities or private practice. Registration with the HCPC and membership of the RCOT are available on completion, giving access to a wide range of roles in the UK and internationally.
