About the Program

The MSc Physics at the University of Bremen is a four-semester programme building on a Bachelor's in physics or a related natural science or engineering degree. The programme is divided into two one-year sections: a specialisation phase in the first and second semesters, consisting of lectures, exercises, and internships to develop advanced knowledge in selected sub-subjects of physics; and a research phase in the third and fourth semesters, which includes seminars and a research project.
