The programme combines practical musical training, including interpretation, production, and creation, with pedagogical skills and musicological research. It leverages partnerships with institutions like the Centre des Musiques Didier Lockwood and the Centre d’histoire culturelle des sociétés contemporaines (CHCSC) laboratory. Students emerge with the ability to interpret and analyze musical works, adapt to different performance contexts, and collaborate in artistic settings. The curriculum spans contemporary music, jazz, and popular music, and includes modules such as ‘Musique assistée par ordinateur’ and ‘Projet musical encadré’, fostering a deep understanding of modern musical practices.
