This programme prepares individuals to work as certified nursing unit clerks in hospitals or care facilities. Tasks include managing administrative duties that support healthcare unit operations. Training covers communication with nurses and doctors, processing medical orders, handling patient records, and recognizing common hospital medications. The programme lasts 6.5 months and includes 12 courses delivered online with scheduled meeting times. It concludes with a four-week in-person practicum at a hospital site. Assessment is based on coursework, assignments, and practical performance during the practicum.

Entry requires a criminal record check and vulnerable sector screening. Up-to-date immunization records or a signed checklist from a doctor are also needed.
