This programme is designed for recent graduates and career changers seeking entry into healthcare administration. Students learn to support healthcare teams through administrative tasks in hospital or care facility settings. The curriculum covers medical terminology, pharmacology, patient records, and processing doctors' orders. A four-week in-person practicum provides hands-on experience in a real healthcare environment.

6.5 months, full time, 12 courses, includes a four-week practicum.

Graduates work as certified nursing unit clerks in hospitals or care facilities.

Applicants must meet entrance requirements outlined in the UFV Academic Calendar. A criminal record check and vulnerable sector screening are required. Immunization records or a signed checklist from a doctor must be submitted.
