The Master 'Nutrition et Sciences des Aliments' addresses scientific and methodological challenges in food design, production, and health impacts, including the exposome. This programme covers five M2 specialisations, including Toxicologie Exposome Santé (TES) and Microbiologie et Génie Biologique (MGB), and is supported by key laboratories such as UMR SAYFOOD and UMR PNCA, with collaborations including ANSES and AgroParisTech.
