Students study advanced Microsoft Office, desktop publishing, web design, accounting software, and human resources. They learn to create professional documents, manage records, coordinate meetings, and support projects. Courses include business communications, electronic spreadsheets, databases, and digital production. Practical experience comes through simulations, internships, and hands-on labs that mirror real office environments.

The program starts in September and takes two years to complete. Admission requires a GPA of 2.0 or better in the Office Administration - General program. Students must also get a police record check with vulnerable sector screening if placed in certain organizations. Graduates can work as administrative assistants, office managers, or continue to a bachelor's degree at Davenport University or Walsh College.
