This one-year programme prepares you to work as an office administrator in a variety of settings. You will learn core skills such as keyboarding, business writing, and using software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. You will also study business calculations, accounting basics, and administrative procedures. The programme includes simulation labs that cover banking, accounting, and creating business documents.

The programme is delivered over two semesters. Classes include hands-on training in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and communication. You will complete assignments using real-world office tasks. Assessment is based on practical projects, exams, and participation. The curriculum builds from foundational skills to more advanced applications in the second semester.

Graduates can enter roles such as receptionist, clerical assistant, bookkeeper, or data processing operator. The certificate allows entry into the workforce quickly. Students who wish to continue their studies can transition into the Office Administration Executive or Health Services programmes in their second year.
