Master in Organisation Development And Culture Module

At University of Plymouth, the tuition fee is 18,200 GBP per year.

Graduates of this module go on to navigate the complex landscapes of modern healthcare management, equipped to lead NHS organisations, steer cultural shifts, and influence strategic decision-making. By bridging the gap between theoretical organisational development and practical consultancy, this programme prepares professionals to step into senior leadership roles where they can effectively manage change and align institutional values with wider strategic goals.

Designed for emerging leaders, the module provides a critical lens through which to view the structures and values that define healthcare environments. It is distinct in its application-focused approach, requiring students to synthesize their learning into a management consultant report, ensuring that every concept studied is immediately tested against real-world challenges.

Integrated Leadership Development

Participants benefit from a curriculum that is both academic and experiential, featuring:

• Direct insights from senior healthcare leaders acting as guest speakers.
• Integration with key Global Health Leaders seminars to broaden the perspective on international health governance.
• A teaching format built around intensive three-day blocks, specifically designed to accommodate the schedules of working professionals.
