Personal Training

Tuition fees for Personal Training are 12,000 USD per year.

The Personal Training program is a one-year non-degree course for individuals eager to enter the health and fitness industry, offered at Berkshire College of Agriculture in the United Kingdom. This program helps students gain a solid understanding of how the body responds to exercise and create effective training programs.

The curriculum includes modules such as anatomy and physiology, client consultations, and nutrition, with practical lessons complementing theoretical knowledge. Students will have opportunities for industry experience, working with clients in both college settings and local businesses, and develop skills in creating personalized training plans.

Graduates can pursue roles such as Personal Trainer, Sports Coach, or Nutritionist, with the course recognized by CIMSPA and the Register of Exercise Professionals. This recognition allows successful students to obtain a license to practice and opens doors to a fulfilling career in fitness and health.
