You will start with an orientation boot-camp day, then spend each week engaging with live or recorded online lectures, interactive seminars, and practical workshops. Throughout the course you will reflect on your own practice, receive mentoring, and discuss ideas with peers in a community of practice.

The programme runs part-time over one year and consists of four compulsory modules. Teaching is delivered online, with a blend of synchronous and asynchronous activities and assessments that require you to produce policy analyses, theory-of-change documents and evaluative frameworks for widening participation initiatives.
