Restoring human movement and optimizing physical function requires a sophisticated blend of anatomical precision, physiological insight, and compassionate care. This BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy programme is designed to cultivate the next generation of healthcare practitioners equipped to address the complex challenges of injury, illness, and disability. By bridging the gap between rigorous academic theory and real-world clinical application, the course ensures students are prepared to meet the evolving demands of modern healthcare.

A defining feature of this degree is its strong industry integration; developed in direct response to local healthcare provider needs, the curriculum focuses on producing work-ready graduates who can immediately contribute to the NHS and beyond. Students benefit from:

• Over 1,000 hours of integrated clinical placements, ensuring extensive hands-on experience in diverse practice settings.
• Access to a £16 million investment in sports infrastructure, including two state-of-the-art sport rehabilitation suites and the award-winning Allam Medical Building.
• Mentorship from teaching staff who are practicing experts, maintaining active roles in clinical, private, and sports physiotherapy.
