Bachelor in Physiotherapy

The tuition fee is 3,000 EUR per year.

Physiotherapy at the University of Information Technology and Management is a bachelor's degree delivered in English over three years, or six semesters, with annual tuition of 3000 EUR. Physiotherapy ranks among the largest healthcare professions in the European Union, and the university designed this course with direct reference to recent changes in health service provision across Poland and the EU. The programme prepares students to become effective physiotherapists who apply knowledge and clinical skills to a range of conditions affecting different body systems. Teaching places strong emphasis on human anatomy, physiology, movement, and function, alongside communication skills and teamwork, since physiotherapists typically work as part of multidisciplinary care teams. The course also addresses the social, cultural, and psychological factors that influence patients, recognising that rehabilitation outcomes depend on more than physical treatment alone. Graduates of physiotherapy programmes generally pursue careers in hospitals, outpatient clinics, sports medicine, rehabilitation centres, and private practice, working with patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic illness. The discipline draws on biomechanics, neurology, and musculoskeletal medicine to design individualised treatment plans, and it increasingly incorporates evidence-based practice and technology-assisted therapy. Studying at the University of Information Technology and Management places students in one of Poland's established centres for higher education, with English-medium instruction opening the programme to an international student body. The three-year structure builds a progression from foundational science courses toward applied clinical training, preparing graduates either for direct entry into the profession or for further study at master's level.
