The bachelor's programme in Political Science at VIZJA University in Warszawa runs three years and is taught in English, with the next intake starting 2026-10-01 and the application deadline set at 2026-09-30. Students choose one of several specialisations built into the programme structure. The European Studies track expands knowledge of European Union institutions, the policies of individual European countries, and the financial mechanisms behind EU funding, preparing graduates for administrative roles at the European or national level, or for work as a specialist in EU funds or a coordinator of EU projects. The Information Engineering In Public Space specialisation combines technical and social sciences, preparing students for managerial tasks in the public sector. Internal Security focuses on practical preparation in state security and public order, blending a classic academic profile with a practical one. International Relations prepares students for roles connected to foreign policy, international cooperation, and diplomatic service, covering globalization, the world economy, political systems, and religious systems and cultures. Journalism prepares graduates not only for work as journalists but also for broader careers built on the same communication and analytical skills. Political science as a discipline more generally examines how power is organised, exercised, and contested within states and between them, drawing on history, law, economics, and sociology to explain political behaviour and institutions. Graduates of political science programmes typically pursue careers in public administration, international organisations, media, policy research, diplomacy, or further academic study. Based in Warszawa, Poland's capital and a hub for government institutions, international organisations, and media outlets, VIZJA University offers students proximity to potential internship and career opportunities connected to each of these specialisations.
