This programme prepares students for careers in real estate development, property management, and corporate real estate roles. Students study real estate law, finance, and market analysis within the context of the Bay Area's active real estate market. The curriculum includes a required internship and courses focused on practical industry experience. Graduates are eligible to take the California real estate license exam after completing specific coursework.

Focus areas include Real Estate Law, Commercial Property Management, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Economics and Market Analysis, Planning Policy, Process & Politics of Development, Sustainable Business.

The programme requires 12 units of required courses, 6 units of internship-related courses, and 12 units of electives, totaling 30 units for the major. Students must complete a summer internship in their major field as part of the programme requirements.

Graduates enter roles such as real estate broker, commercial property manager, asset manager, corporate real estate officer, and facilities manager.

Applicants must meet general college admission requirements. Transfer students may have the internship preparation course waived. Official transcripts and application materials are required.

Located in Atherton, just outside San Francisco, Menlo College is a small private residential school in the heart of Silicon Valley. Menlo offers four-year undergraduate degrees in business and psychology. An internship is required and may be completed with one of the companies and incubators connected to the college.
