About Bachelor in Sports Management

Week by week you will attend large-group lectures, smaller workshops and tutorials, and spend around 20 hours on independent study. You will develop leadership and coaching skills, analyse sport and e-sports marketing, and work on a research project that applies the methods you have learned. Residential trips abroad and visits to major sport venues, such as Commonwealth Games sites and St George's Park, will give you practical insight into the global sports business. The course also includes industry-approved assessments, a mix of coursework and practical assessment, and access to UCB’s Human Performance Centre, gym and sports injury clinics.

The top-up degree is aimed at students who already hold an HND or foundation degree in sports-related subjects and wish to upgrade to a full BA (Hons). It builds on your existing knowledge, strengthening your personal leadership, project management and marketing expertise for the sport sector.

You also become a CIMSPA student member on enrolment.
