Supply Chain Warehouse Operative

The Supply Chain Warehouse Operative program at Bedford College is a 15-month, non-degree apprenticeship for individuals who want to start a career in logistics. It's a work-based program that provides hands-on experience in a warehouse environment, ideal for those who learn by doing.

In this program, you'll learn about health and safety, stock control, and customer service. You'll develop skills in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods, and learn about technology and sustainability practices in the logistics sector.

After completing this apprenticeship, you can work as a Warehouse Operative, Stock Controller, or Logistics Coordinator. These roles are important in the supply chain, and the skills you learn can lead to more opportunities in management or specialized logistics roles, as well as higher-level qualifications.
