Team Leading

The Team Leading program is for individuals who want to take on management roles by improving their team leading skills. This 2-year non-degree program is ideal for those who have some authority in managing resources and wish to motivate and lead their team effectively.

Students will learn about leadership, communication, and team dynamics.
