Optimizing human performance on the court requires a nuanced understanding of how fuel, hydration, and timing intersect with the unique demands of tennis. This programme delves into the physiological burdens of high-intensity intermittent sport, specifically tailored for those supporting athletes who must maintain focus and physical output over long, grueling matches.

Participants will move beyond general sports nutrition principles to address the specific needs of tennis players, such as managing blood glucose during multi-hour play, addressing the heat stress of outdoor competition, and periodizing intake to match varying training volumes. This course is ideal for performance nutritionists, coaches, and sports science practitioners looking to refine their support strategies.
