The Master of Arts in Unterrichts- und Schulentwicklung is designed for teachers who can study while maintaining full-time employment as it is structured to be completed over four semesters with flexible learning times and a compact schedule of 14-16 ECTS credits per semester. This programme is notable for its guest lectures, where participants can engage live with renowned experts such as those listed on the Gastdozierendenliste. These experts provide current and stimulating insights on the latest research and innovative practices in school and educational development. The focus of the course lies on the theoretical and scientific reflection of one’s own professional practice, with an emphasis on research and development in the fields of educational and school development, as well as digitalisation and the integration of KI.
