This program prepares students to work as veterinary office assistants. Graduates support veterinarians and technicians in administrative tasks. Students learn customer service, billing, medical terminology, and record-keeping. The program includes 150 hours of practicum experience.

Graduates work in veterinary practices, clinics, animal hospitals, not-for-profit organizations, and veterinary supply companies.

Students need access to a PC with stable internet, keyboarding and basic computer skills, and must be able to type 40 words per minute. No traditional academic qualifications required.
