The programme is grounded in theory and practical application of welding techniques. Students learn to perform welding tasks using various methods and adhere to industry standards. Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), ACE certificate, or equivalent; one credit in French (FIF3U, FRA3C, FRA3U, FIF4U, FRA4C, FRA4U or equivalent); one credit in math (MCR3U, MBF3C, MCF3M, MAP4C, MCT4C or equivalent); international students without OSSD must provide English language proficiency results.
