Master in Architecture Post Part 2 Professional Experience

Tuition comes to 17,900 GBP per year.

Bridging the gap between academic mastery and professional registration requires a structured approach to documenting real-world practice. This programme is designed for students who have successfully completed their MArch (RIBA Part 2) and are now navigating the critical transition into architectural practice. It provides the formal framework necessary to record and validate professional experience, ensuring that students meet the requirements for the RIBA Professional Experience Development Records (PEDR).

By participating in this course, students benefit from official university sign-offs on their records and gain access to ongoing professional advice and support while working in the industry. The programme is deeply integrated with the university's ethos of professional education, offering a collaborative environment that prepares graduates for the final hurdle of their UK architectural training: the RIBA Part 3.

Professional Integration

The course distinguishes itself through its focus on practical application and professional mentorship, including:

• Formal PEDR monitoring and sign-off by university staff.
• Advanced role-play sessions that mirror the professional responsibilities of an architect.
• Strategic guidance on maximizing exposure to the Part 3 curriculum while in employment.
