Master in Artificial Intelligence Msc

At De Montfort University, tuition comes to 18,100 GBP per year.

Harnessing the specialized hardware in the dedicated AI laboratory—including Lynxmotion Hexapod robots, Emotiv Flex Gel Sensor Kits for brain-computer interface exploration, and HTC Vive development kits—this programme immerses you in the technical frontier of intelligent systems. You will engage directly with the research output of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence (IAI), an internationally recognized body focused on fuzzy logic, evolutionary computing, and neural networks.

A Block-Taught Experience

The curriculum is structured around an innovative block-teaching model, allowing you to focus on one module at a time. This approach replaces traditional fragmented timetables with a concentrated learning experience, facilitating deeper engagement with complex topics like natural language processing and mobile robotics while providing more consistent feedback from academic staff.

This course is specifically designed for graduates and professionals aiming to bridge the gap between theoretical computational models and real-world application. Whether you are interested in games development, automated control systems, or predictive financial modeling, the programme bridges the divide between algorithmic design and practical implementation. With BCS accreditation, the degree stands as a professional hallmark, ensuring your skills meet the rigorous standards expected by the Chartered Institute for IT.
