    About the Program

The BA (Hons) in Acting is RADA's three-year, full-time actor-training degree, validated by King's College London. Training combines studio-based classes, professional development, and public performances and screenings, covering voice, movement, acting techniques, film, singing, text analysis and contextual studies.

The programme is taught in-person with at least 35 contact hours per week on average, plus self-directed study (research, practice, creative tasks, writing, reading, line-learning). Production periods in the third year may require longer hours, including evenings and weekends.

Assessment is continuous across subjects, projects and productions, culminating in public performances in the third year; feedback comes through tutorials, notes and written assessments. Award levels are BA (Hons) (360 credits, levels 4-6), DipHE (240 credits, levels 4-5), or CertHE (120 credits, level 4).
