Bachelor in International Pastry Management

A three-year bachelor worth 180 ECTS in pastry and its management, taught in French or entirely in English. Facilities include a pastry academy, a tea room and an immersive room for building temporary concepts, plus the school's own patisserie-boulangerie.

The first year includes a minimum twelve-week placement between December and February.
