Choices Certificate – Construction Pathway

The Choices Certificate in Construction Pathway is designed for students aged 16-18 who are looking to re-enter education in a supportive environment. This full-time program lasts for one year and provides a Level 1 qualification alongside essential Maths and English skills. It is ideal for students who thrive in hands-on learning and are eager to explore the construction field.

Throughout the course, students will engage in practical elements within the Building Service area, which prepares them for further studies in construction. The curriculum includes a Level 1 Certificate in Progression and a Level 1 Diploma in Progression. This program not only enhances academic skills but also builds confidence and employability through guest speakers and industry insights.

Graduates of this program can pursue various job roles in the construction industry, such as Construction Operative, Site Assistant, or Building Services Technician.
