Coaching and Life Design

The Coaching and Life Design program at the University of Wrocław is a 1-year non-degree course for individuals who want to enhance their coaching and personal development skills. It offers 190 hours of interactive workshops led by experienced practitioners. This program is ideal for those who thrive in collaborative environments.

Students will learn coaching principles, the Life Design concept, and the psychology of adult learning.
