Bachelor in Computer Engineering

The tuition fee is 7,500 USD per year.

This program covers the design and development of computer hardware and software systems, combining principles from electrical engineering and computer science. Students study programming, data structures and algorithms, computer architecture, operating systems, and digital logic design, building a foundation for work across the computing industry. Coursework typically also includes networking, database systems, and software engineering practices, giving students both theoretical grounding and practical development skills. Graduates pursue careers as software developers, systems engineers, network engineers, and hardware designers, as well as roles in technology companies, telecommunications, and various industries that rely on computing infrastructure. The program is taught in English over 4 years at Cyprus Science University, a private institution located in Girne, Northern Cyprus. The curriculum generally emphasizes hands-on project work alongside theoretical coursework, reflecting the applied nature of engineering education. Students develop problem-solving skills relevant to building and maintaining computing systems, from embedded devices to large-scale software applications. This combination of hardware and software training gives graduates a versatile foundation for entry into the fast-evolving technology sector or further graduate study in computing fields.
