Master in Deutsch+Ev Religion (master)

Both German and Evangelische Religionslehre have equal weight in the Deutsch+Ev Religion programme, adhering to the structure of the Bayerische LPO I model. The degree is seven semesters long, leading to the First State Examination, a 24-month Referendariat, and the Second State Examination. The programme includes both Fachwissenschaft (subject-specific) and Fachdidaktik (pedagogical) modules, as well as educational and psychological courses, and a practical teaching component of 11 LP/ECTS.

Research Focus

The Lehrstuhl für Systematische Theologie by Prof. Dr. Thomas Wabel houses the Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-Forschungsstelle für Öffentliche Theologie, a member of the Global Network for Public Theology. This research focus includes areas such as Raum, Ort und Positionalität sowie Diskurs und Affekt.
