Diploma in Biomedical Science

The Diploma in Biomedical Science (N59) combines theoretical study of human biology with practical laboratory training in biotechnology and medical research. Students build competencies for healthcare, biomedical research and biotechnology roles through hands-on lab work and industry projects. The three-year curriculum covers Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Clinical Laboratory Techniques and Medical Microbiology, closing with a capstone project and internship. Graduates enter laboratory and research roles in healthcare and biotechnology, or progress to degrees in medicine, pharmacy or life sciences locally and internationally.
