Bachelor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Tuition fees are 25,000 USD per year.

Electrical and Electronics Engineering covers the study, design, and application of electrical systems, circuits, and electronic devices, spanning power systems, signal processing, and communications. Coursework typically includes circuit theory, electronics, electromagnetics, control systems, signal processing, and programming, alongside mathematics and physics foundations and laboratory work with electrical and electronic equipment. Students learn to analyze and design circuits and systems, work with sensors, controllers, and communication equipment, and apply mathematical and physical principles to solve engineering problems. Graduates typically pursue careers in power systems, telecommunications, electronics manufacturing, control and automation engineering, and further graduate study in electrical or electronics engineering. This bachelor's program at Özyeğin University in İstanbul, Turkey runs over 4 years and is taught in English, the standard language for engineering literature, standards, and technical communication. İstanbul's industrial and technology sectors, including electronics and telecommunications firms, provide relevant exposure for students in this field. The program pairs theoretical coursework in electrical and electronic principles with laboratory and project-based work, aiming to prepare graduates for engineering roles across a range of industries.
