About Master in Electrical engineering

For Master in Electrical engineering, tuition fees are 4,673 USD per year.

Wrocław University of Science and Technology (WUST) offers a master's program in Electrical Engineering, taught in English in Wrocław, Poland, over four semesters, with annual tuition of 4,000 EUR. The specialization offered is Renewable Energy Systems, delivered through a Double Degree Programme. Students can complete the full four semesters at WUST, or apply for the Double Degree option, offered to a limited number of top applicants. Under this option, students spend one year in Wrocław and are then sent for the remaining year to a partner institution: Otto-von-Guericke Universität Magdeburg (OvGU) in Germany, Irkutsk National Research Technical University (INRTU) in Russia, or the University of Palermo (UNIPA) in Italy. Students who choose the partner-university route spend their final year back at WUST in Poland. On successful completion of the dual-degree requirements at both institutions, students receive two Master of Science degrees: one from WUST and one from the partner university. The program focuses on renewable energy sources and their integration into power systems. First-semester coursework at WUST includes numerical and optimisation methods, power quality assessment, power systems faults, fault calculations, dynamics and control of AC and DC drives, circuits and systems, and advanced technology in electrical engineering topics. Electrical engineering as a broader field covers the generation, transmission, and control of electrical power, and programs with a renewable energy focus prepare graduates for roles tied to the ongoing shift toward wind, solar, and other clean power sources. Graduates of this track are positioned for work in power system design, renewable energy integration, and cross-border technical projects, given the international structure of the degree.
