Feedback and Assessment

This module focuses on enhancing the skills teachers apply in feedback and assessment situations. It is designed for teachers with a minimum 0.4 FTE appointment, aiming to deepen their understanding of effective feedback and assessment strategies. Ideal for educators who are committed to improving their teaching practices, this program offers a unique opportunity to engage with peers and develop practical skills.

Participants will explore various topics, including assessing growth potential, giving effective feedback, and designing meaningful feedback loops. The module includes five physical meetings, where individual learning wishes are taken into account. Through systematic assessment and feedback, teachers will gain insights into their students' individual development, ensuring a quality teaching-learning process.

Upon completion, participants will receive the BKE certificate, demonstrating their capability in assessment practices. Graduates can pursue roles such as educational assessors, curriculum developers, or instructional coordinators. The skills acquired are transferable across various educational settings, making this module a valuable addition to any educator's professional development.
