Focus Courses

The Focus Courses at BFF Bern are designed for individuals seeking to enter the workforce in specific fields such as facility management and cleaning. These courses last for six months and are tailored for unemployed individuals, particularly refugees. The program combines theoretical lessons with practical training, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their future careers.

Students in the Focus Courses will engage in a mix of classroom instruction and hands-on experience. The curriculum includes vocational language training and essential work techniques, which are crucial for success in the job market. Each course accommodates a maximum of 15 participants, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Upon completion of the Focus Course and passing the final examination, graduates receive a course certificate that validates their skills in their chosen field. They also benefit from job search support for up to six months after graduation, helping them transition smoothly into the workforce. Graduates can pursue roles such as facility manager, cleaner, or maintenance worker in various industries.
