Master in Fort- und Weiterbildung

Graduates from the Fort- und Weiterbildung programme go on to roles in education, such as teaching and educational leadership, as well as further study in related fields. The Fort- und Weiterbildung programme, offered by the Arbeitsbereich Fort- und Weiterbildung, provides a range of extracurricular activities for those studying to become teachers.

Through workshops, conferences, and event series, students engage with experienced educators and other experts, gaining insights into contemporary educational topics. These activities facilitate the application of academic knowledge in practical settings, promoting an exchange of ideas across different stages of teacher training.

This programme is a joint initiative of the Institut für Qualitätsentwicklung an Schulen Schleswig-Holstein (IQSH) and the Europa-Universität Flensburg, a collaboration that benefits from the strengths of both institutions.
