Gastronomy and Culinary Arts combines practical kitchen training with the study of food science, nutrition, food culture, and the business side of the hospitality industry. Coursework typically includes culinary techniques, baking and pastry, food safety and sanitation, menu planning, kitchen management, and the cultural and historical dimensions of cuisine, alongside subjects such as nutrition, food chemistry, and beverage studies.
