Bachelor in Lebensmitteltechnologie

The application deadline for Bachelor in Lebensmitteltechnologie is Apr 15, 2027.

In the first two semesters, students take the module Getreidetechnologie (cereal technology) while also covering natural sciences, mathematics, and engineering fundamentals. They then move on to the theory of industrial food production, planning, and managing food processes, and can even launch their own food startup ideas, with the support of the campus' Food Startup Inkubators and expert coaching.

The programme's interdisciplinary approach, combined with the practical skills gained in the labs and from industry professionals, prepares students for a wide range of careers in the food industry, from production and marketing to quality management and research.
