Level 1 Progression for Work

The Level 1 Progression for Work program at Berkshire College of Agriculture is for students who want to get ready for the workplace. It's a non-degree program that lasts one year and is taught in English. This program helps students develop the skills they need to succeed in their chosen career.

Students learn about employment skills, health and safety, and how to work with others. They also get to practice their skills in a real-world setting through work experience and projects. This helps them build their confidence and get ready for the job market.

After completing this program, students can work as a Customer Service Assistant, a Retail Sales Assistant, or an Administrative Assistant. They can find jobs in various industries, including retail, hospitality, or administration. Some students may also choose to start their own business or continue their education and study for a degree.
