Tuition fees for Bachelor in Licence - Sociologie are 178 EUR per year.

The Licence - Sociologie at Université Paris-Saclay, Campus d'Evry is a three-year bachelor's degree in sociology based in Évry-Courcouronnes, France. Starting in September and taught in French, the programme carries a yearly tuition of 178 EUR. Sociology at this level examines how human societies are organised, how social structures shape individual behaviour, and how institutions, inequalities, and collective dynamics emerge and change over time. Students typically study sociological theory, social statistics and research methods, urban sociology, family and gender studies, labour and organisations, and the sociology of culture and education. Practical training in qualitative and quantitative inquiry — interviews, surveys, ethnographic observation, and data analysis — forms an important part of the curriculum. Graduates work in social research and public policy analysis, community work, human resources, journalism, education, and the non-profit sector. Advanced study in sociology, urban studies, public health, or political science is also a common next step. The programme is suited to students who want to understand the forces structuring contemporary society through both theoretical frameworks and empirical methods.
