Management at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Chorzów is a bachelor's program taught in English over two years, with tuition of 2200 EUR per year. Within this human-resources-oriented specialization, students learn to conduct recruitment processes, and to select and evaluate employees while planning their career paths. Coursework covers implementing and monitoring employee motivation systems, diagnosing employee potential and using it effectively, and determining training needs before preparing training programs and assessing their effectiveness. The curriculum also builds skills in supporting human-potential management processes through specialized computer software, and gives students working knowledge of labour law and employment regulations in Poland alongside those of selected European countries, useful for HR professionals operating in multinational or cross-border organizations. Applying follows the WSB Merito process: choosing a field of study, creating a Candidate Account that provides recruitment instructions, and then, within seven days of completing the recruitment form, attaching and signing the required documents online. The Admission Office for Foreigners and English Language Studies staff support applicants by phone and email throughout the process. Management as a discipline covers organizational behavior, strategy, operations, and people management, and this HR-focused track prepares graduates specifically for roles in human resources departments, recruitment agencies, and organizational development functions. Typical career paths include HR specialist, recruitment coordinator, training and development officer, and employee relations advisor across companies operating in Poland and across Europe.
