Bachelor in Management

Tuition comes to 2,500 EUR per year.

This Bachelor's program in Management at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznan, taught in English over three years, carries yearly tuition of 2,500 EUR and includes a specialization in entrepreneurship. Students learn to resolve workplace conflict in a professional manner and to develop organizational skills related to the absorption, implementation, and dissemination of new technological, marketing, and organizational solutions. The program also builds skills for assertively managing stress, motivating others, handling emotions, and strengthening self-esteem. The entrepreneurship specialization is described as interdisciplinary, drawing knowledge from a variety of fields, with classes and lectures delivered by international faculty. The admissions process at WSB Merito follows four steps: choosing the right field of study, creating a Candidate Account that provides instructions for the recruitment process, completing the recruitment form and attaching and signing the required documents within seven days, and receiving support from the Admission Office for Foreigners and English Language Studies staff by phone and email. As a broader field, a bachelor's degree in management with an entrepreneurship focus prepares students for launching their own ventures as well as taking management or business-development roles within established companies. Coursework of this kind generally also touches on finance, marketing, and operations, giving graduates a rounded foundation for early-career roles in business administration, project coordination, or small-business management. The three-year, English-medium format allows international students to complete undergraduate study at a university with a Polish network, without needing Polish-language proficiency.
