Bachelor in Maschinenbau BSc

The Osnabrück Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Maschinenbau starts with a focus on five specialization areas: Energietechnik, Entwicklung und Konstruktion, Ingenieurpädagogik, Landmaschinenbau, or Produktionstechnik.

This programme gives students a chance to set their own focus, with a mentoring programme to smooth the transition into university and professional life. It includes a 30 ECTS semester-long internship, as well as a final project where students can apply what they have learned. The curriculum is supported by the Osnabrück campus's 50 labs, and the programme is well-regarded for its strong links to industry and its support in the first year of study, with a CHE ranking award in 2023.
