The Master in Advanced Cookery is a University-specific Degree from Mondragón University, delivered by Basque Culinary Center, designed for chefs seeking to expand their skills in management, creativity and sustainability. It trains participants as contemporary chefs across traditional and current techniques, front-of-house operations, leadership, and resource-efficient cooking.

The programme includes masterclasses and learning journeys to restaurants and producers, a Restaurant Workshop running real services in the school's own restaurant, and full-time three-month curricular internships (past placements have included Noma, Mirazur and El Celler de Can Roca). Delivered in Spanish, campus-based at Basque Culinary Center.
