Students gain hands-on experience at the Laboratorio dei Materiali Avanzati per l’attività didattica di Friuli Formazione, a lab for advanced materials, which is a unique feature of this programme. This master's degree is designed for engineers with specific competencies in the metallurgical production and treatment of metallic materials, as well as in the techniques for their characterization and optimal use. Both new graduates and those already working in industry find value in this programme, which offers a strong connection with the industrial sector and its needs. The master’s programme extends over 1500 hours, of which 312 hours are dedicated to classroom instruction, and 300 hours are reserved for a hands-on industrial stage, ensuring that students gain practical experience — held from January to December 2025, it is structured as a part-time programme, with evening and weekend classes.
