This master introduces the **Cantiere 4.0** procedure, a modern approach to construction management that integrates digital technologies throughout the project lifecycle. Students explore Building Information Modeling (BIM) and advanced digital surveying techniques, culminating in a 500-hour industry placement. The program is delivered through a mix of online and in-person sessions in Udine, with a total of 400 hours of teaching, and 500 hours, students engage with real-world projects and industry partners, including Comune di Staranzano, DBA GROUP SpA, PERLEUVE Srl, PSE Srl, and Studio Arch. The master is structured around six key modules, each combining lectures and lab work. These modules cover essential topics such as BIM modeling, legal and regulatory aspects, project management, advanced surveying, and virtual reality applications in construction.
