The Master's Degree in Beer Science and Technology is a Master's Degree in Continuing Education designed for professionals across the entire brewing value chain, combining science, production, management, innovation and sustainability. It is delivered in a hybrid format: an online phase followed by in-person experiences at EDA Drinks & Wine Campus, Basque Culinary Center's specialised drinks campus.

The programme builds on the legacy of the Escuela Superior de Cerveza y Malta (ESCYM), which trained brewmasters and industry professionals in Spain since the 1965-1966 academic year; that programme is now folded into EDA Drinks & Wine Campus. This is the first edition delivered under Basque Culinary Center, starting September 2027.
