Students keen to explore meditation and neuroscience will gain both theoretical and practical insights. The programme spans 1,700 hours, including 300 hours of face-to-face teaching, and 950 hours of individual study, tutoring, and guided meditation. Udine’s faculty includes professors like Franco Fabbro and Massimo Bergamasco, experts in neuroscience and meditation. The programme’s breadth covers historical, psychological, and spiritual contexts of meditation, as well as neuropsychological studies. The curriculum also addresses applications in healthcare and education, and the integration of meditation into educational and workplace settings.

Students will participate in 250 hours of guided meditation practices. The programme runs from November 2021 to November 2022, with classes held in Udine and online if necessary. Seats are limited to 22-55, ensuring a focused learning environment.
